REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@youronlinegoods.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions as well as a required photo of the item being returned.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
